I make Data Stories.

Julia Daser is a NYC-based artist working at the border between sculpture and data science. Frustrated that important data is often lost in incomprehensible jargon, she uses her projects to tell those narratives through art.

Her projects don't provide answers. They raise more questions. What does censorship look like to you? How does search-engine bias feel? Can you be held accountable for global climate change?

Julia believes that art is for sharing, which is why she is working on making the code and building instructions of her projects completely open-sourced to the public.
